Wapahani’s Bret Lawson and Jay County’s Mitchell Kunkler were named to the Indiana High School Baseball Coaches Association Academic All-State team. Lawson played in 21 games for the Raiders, who went 17-11. Kunkler had eight hits in 19 at-bats for the Patriots, who went 11-12.
