Burris lost to Greenwood Christian 4-2. Hanna King and Emily Heintz each scored a goal for the Owls, while King also added an assist.
Jay County lost to Bellmont 4-1 Thursday. Lucy Laux scored the Patriots’ lone goal on an assist from Stormi Canterbury, while goalkeeper Lilly Rogers had 15 saves.
BOYS SOCCER
Blackford suffered a 3-0 loss to Tipton Thursday. The Bruins’ goalkeeper Jarron Morris had 22 saves.
